Hello, Iām Ms. Sangeetha Chandrasekaran, a Psychiatric Social Worker and a Certified De-addiction Counsellor (Level 1). My core passion lies in working with young adults, with a special focus on first episode psychosis and ultra-high risk states. I am deeply committed to the early identification of mental health concerns and to providing timely psychological support. I take particular interest in extending mental health services to college students across Chennai, creating safe spaces where they can seek guidance and care.
Outside of work, I find joy in experimenting in the kitchen and sharing my dishes with friends. I enjoy coloring, dabble in DIY projects, and ensure that only what truly matters stays in my home. These little creative pursuits keep me balanced and energized for the work I love.
