Research Assistant

Hi! My name is Tapaswini Barik and I am currently working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Youth Mental Health at SCARF. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development and I have a deep interest in the field of mental health and well-being.

When I’m not diving into research or mental health work, you’ll probably find me chasing mountain views, cloud-spotting or quietly observing the tiny details of life that often slip by unnoticed. I love these little pauses—they keep me curious and remind me to find joy in the simple things.
