Samyukta Saravanan

Psychologist and Research Assistant

Samyukta Saravanan is a psychologist and research assistant at the Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF), India. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently working on the YiPEE project—a multisite, school-based mental health promotion initiative. Her research interests lie in youth mental health, leaning towards a qualitative perspective, and enjoys exploring topics around women’s health/psychology, and lifestyle behaviors that impact one’s mental well-being. An organised, creative, patient, and easy-going individual, she enjoys tackling challenges but thrives in an enjoyable, goal-oriented space. She enjoys working with children. On weekends, Samyukta enjoys baking, playing ball, unwinding at the gym, and trying new coffee.
