Hello All, I am Protush Panda – a development Professional having 24 years of progressive experience (around 15 years in Leadership Role) in the development sector with reputed NGOs / INGOs like – ChildFund India, LEPRA Society, AIFT, IPE Global, AAI, GV, YCDA etc. My qualifications – MA Anthropology, M.Phil in Tribal Studies, PGDDHM, PGDRD & Basics of Bio Medical Research. Presently work with Schizophrenia Research Foundation India in JAMS 2.0 project (Transition to Scale) as Project Coordinator after successfully implemented JAMS 1.0 in Odisha and Tamilnadu. I have received the District Youth Outstanding Award by Nehru Yuva Kendra (2002 – 03). I like to play Tabla. I am an Empanelled Resource Person of SIRD & PR, Odisha. Have worked in around 15 districts of Odisha especially in hard-to-reach areas along with MP and UP. My key skills comprise – Project Management, Leadership, Training Facilitation, Documentation, Partnership Development, Networking & Linkage etc and I have managed multi theme projects – Education, ECCE, Nutrition, Youth Development, Child Rights/Child Protection, Gender, Livelihood, Life Skill, Public Health (Mental Health, TB/HIV, Leprosy, MCH). I am a child with children.
