I work with the Youth Mental Health team at SCARF, where I split my time between research and therapy. I have an MSc in Clinical Psychology and a deep interest in studying about family dynamics, the art of parenting, and the quiet storms behind youth suicide and self-harm.

When I’m off the clock, I’m usually hopping on last-minute trips, chasing golden lights, mountains through my camera lens, or finding the best coffee in a new place—all in the name of “self-care” 🙂
