Psychologist | Research assistance
I am a psychologist and mental health researcher at SCARF, with a strong focus on youth mental health and suicide prevention. My work revolves around building co-creation spaces—bringing together adolescents, parents, educators, and community members to design and deliver interventions that are rooted in lived realities and cultural relevance.
I am particularly passionate about developing participatory, youth-driven models that address emotional well-being, digital usage, and life skills. Whether it’s adapting existing frameworks or creating something from the ground up, I believe research should be collaborative, practical, and transformative.
Outside work, I’m someone who lives and breathes music—A.R. Rahman tops my playlist. I love bringing together fellow music lovers for the occasional jam session.
I also enjoy working out and eating clean, and I’m always up for connecting with like-minded folks. So if you’re into youth mental health, co-creating something impactful, music, or just a solid workout—feel free to reach out!
